A learnership is not a normal job. It is 70% work + 30% study.

You work at a real company during the week, and you study towards a qualification. When you finish, you get a certificate that employers recognise across South Africa.

How Much Is The Stipend?

The stipend depends on the learnership and training provider. Most Services SETA learnerships pay between R2,500 – R4,500 per month. It is paid to help with transport and food while you learn.
