Key Responsibilities for Enhancing the Brand:
  • Collaborate with Area Managers to achieve established targets and objectives.
  • Strategize Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events in collaboration with the Area Manager and regional marketing team.
  • Oversee Promotional Activities: Facilitate daily promotional tasks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage Marketing Materials: Ensure all marketing materials are readily available and maintained for successful and professional campaign execution.
  • Monitor Stock Levels: Conduct daily reports on stock levels and usage to manage inventory effectively.
  • Evaluate Promotion Effectiveness: Use Promo Tracker to analyze the success of promotions, events, and campaigns.
  • Conduct Market Research: Perform market analysis to provide suggestions for improvements within the mobile department.
  • Coordinate Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment and interviewing process with the Area Manager and HR department.
  • Sales Agent Management: Oversee the performance and team management of sales agents, including setting daily targets, conducting performance reviews twice a year, and handling HR/IR responsibilities.
  • Manage Attendance and Leave: Oversee the management of team members’ leave, absenteeism, and attendance records.
  • Identify Potential Outlets: Identify potential Top Up Voucher outlets and conduct visits as needed.
  • Provide Ongoing Training: Organize regular training sessions to ensure sales agents are knowledgeable about different betting types, processes, products, and TUV.
  • Complete Weekly Training: Facilitate weekly completion of all Moodle/Betstrike and Voice note training sessions and Trainer on Wheels.
  • Ensure Accurate Cash-Ups: Follow cash-up procedures to prevent shortages and report any discrepancies to management immediately.
  • Maintain Booster Vehicles: Ensure booster vehicles are clean, properly branded, inspected weekly, and serviced regularly.
  • Submit Daily Reports: Provide comprehensive daily reports on various activities and outcomes.
  • Perform Additional Duties: Undertake any other relevant duties as required to support the brand’s objectives.
