The selected candidates will be tasked with achieving daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales objectives, along with all other goals aimed at expanding the mobile customer base. Their duties will involve comprehending customer requirements and managing various personality types, in addition to representing the brand in a professional and positive manner.

What You Will Do for the Brand:
- Customer Service: Provide assistance to clients in opening accounts and addressing all betting inquiries.
- Drive daily sales and activations by effectively demonstrating and/or explaining mobile products, usage methods, and services to encourage punters to purchase products or utilize our services.
- Implement mobile marketing campaigns aimed at boosting sales and acquiring new online accounts.
- It is essential to maintain records of sales activities and report progress to management on a daily basis.
- Promote the mobile brand.
- Organize and set up displays at outlets, events, and promotions to capture the attention of both prospective and existing punters.
- Assist customers in submitting the correct FICA documents when opening a new account (FICA requirements: Clear ID).
- Ensure that new customers utilize the sign-up bonus for betting upon account creation and guide them on how to place bets using the mobile application.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to foster a positive image for customers.
- Ensure proper management, safekeeping, and maintenance of all mobile equipment.
- Complete Moodle bet strike and Voice Note Training weekly, along with Trainers on Wheels.
- You may be required to move between branches and stores based on operational needs.
- Perform any other related duties as may be necessary within the business.
