Responsibilities for Enhancing Our Brand Image
Adhere to Uniform and Hygiene Standards
- Wear the official Hollywood Uniform according to established guidelines.
- Maintain impeccable personal hygiene at all times.
Maintain Pristine Work Environments
- Ensure all areas, including inside and outside the Branch and the parking lot, are clean before opening, during operations, and upon closing.
- Regularly sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum floors; clean walls; and properly dispose of all refuse.
- Empty, wash or sanitize, and replace trash bins with fresh liners.
Sanitize Public Spaces
- Thoroughly clean restrooms.
- Wipe down tables, counters, chairs, TV screens, furniture, lights, and any equipment before team members start their shifts.
Manage Cleanliness During All Business Hours
- Keep service areas organized and tidy during busy and slow periods.
Use Cleaning Supplies Correctly
- Properly apply cleaning chemicals and detergents.
- Request additional cleaning supplies or replacements for worn equipment, such as mops, brooms, and dusters, from the Branch Manager as needed.
Report and Manage Maintenance Issues
- Notify the Branch Manager of any breakages.
- Clean air conditioning filters weekly.
- Ensure tables and chairs in Gaming areas are in good condition. Monitor seat covers and request replacements as necessary. Adjust table legs to prevent wobbling and report any need for refurbishing table tops and edges.
Implementing these meticulous cleaning practices ensures that your workspace is inviting and positive, enhancing the overall experience for customers and team members alike.
