Department of Empact Group Food Solutions, requiring a minimum of Associate-level experience, primarily within the Food and Beverages industry, focusing on Operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary objective of the position:

The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the dietetic food services in the hospital kitchen in collaboration with the Manager, as well as to manage all Health and Safety Audits.

Preferred qualifications and experience include:

A degree in Dietetics.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in a hospital setting related to Dietetics is beneficial.
Knowledge of hygiene control.
Proficiency in menu analysis.
Experience with therapeutic diets.
Competence in computer applications (MS Office).

Proficient understanding of catering practices in a hospital setting.

Primary responsibilities include:

overseeing and managing hygiene control,
conducting menu analysis, and implementing therapeutic diets;
ensuring hygiene standards are consistently maintained;
providing guidance to the Catering Team on nutritional principles;
assisting the team with menu planning;
advising on dietary plans and modifications;
offering recommendations on food selection,
preparation, and quality.
collaborating with Clinical Dieticians and the Medical team to assess patients’ nutritional needs and dietary restrictions.
ensuring compliance with dietary standards.
