Purpose of the Role
The primary goal of this role is to boost sales while delivering an exceptional client experience. By maintaining high standards, we aim to enhance and uphold the brand’s image.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve Counter Sales Targets
- Meet or exceed both monthly and yearly sales goals.
- Monitor counter and personal sales objectives.
- Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Support and lead initiatives during counter events to enhance sales.
- Provide insights and feedback on sales or any counter-related concerns.
Brand Management
- Elevate brand visibility and reputation by adhering to grooming and uniform standards.
- Keep an eye on competitor activities and trends.
- Stay informed of your store’s ranking.
- Ensure stock displays are in line with merchandising guidelines.
- Manage and report stock levels versus testers daily to optimize sales efforts and ensure a superior client experience.
- Maintain counter hygiene consistently as per brand standards.

Client Experience

Administration
- Fill out daily tracking sheets and submit them weekly to the Regional Development Manager (RDM).
- Complete required progress reports promptly.
- Keep client cards updated and organized for both new and existing clients.

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve budget goals and support events.
- Assist new team members with onboarding and orientation.
- Develop strong relationships with retailers to achieve key objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Matric Certificate
- Prior Experience in Retail and Skincare
- A Certificate in Beauty or Somatology is a Plus
