Area Manager – Rustenburg Branch

Join Our Team as an Area Manager in Rustenburg!

We are seeking a highly skilled Area Manager to oversee operations at our Rustenburg Branch, reporting directly to the Branch Manager. In this leadership role, you will manage multiple Operations Managers, ensuring top-tier security services, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their security needs are met professionally.
  • HR/IR Management: Oversee staffing, labor relations, and workforce compliance.
  • Fleet & Expense Control: Manage company vehicles and optimize operational costs.
  • Security Operations: Ensure proper deployment of security officers and adherence to site requirements.
  • Investigations: Lead and support security-related investigations.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Uphold ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management standards.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
PSIRA Grade A/B registration.
Valid Driver’s License with reliable transport.
5+ years in the Security Industry with Operational Management experience.
✅ Knowledge of the Firearm Act & Firearm Competency.
✅ Strong staff management and leadership skills.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office proficiency).
Clean criminal record (no pending cases).
✅ Excellent planning, communication, and client relations abilities.

  • Fostering positive relationships between Fidelity Security Services Group and the Client concerning the security services provided.
  • Overseeing designated areas to ensure compliance with the contractual obligations set forth by the Client.
  • Verifying that all Security Officers on-site fulfill the contractual requirements as outlined by the Client.
  • Continuously assessing the quality of services delivered and advising the Client on potential enhancements.
  • General management and oversight of security personnel to guarantee that performance standards are consistently achieved.
  • Addressing all necessary administrative tasks.
  • Engaging in daily communication with management regarding various operational concerns.
  • Coordinating daily with Regional Management on operational issues.
  • Ensuring prompt resolution of all HR-related inquiries.
  • Developing disciplinary measures.
  • Guaranteeing timely submission of employment documentation to the Regional Office.
  • Providing relevant weekly and monthly incident and general reports to Management.
  • Conducting investigations into incidents and reporting findings.
  • Possessing a thorough understanding of the ISO 9001:2008 Management System.
