Current Opportunity: Brand Ambassador

As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in supporting our campus during the student registration cycle, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all new members of our institution.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Outdoor Activations

  • Flyer Distribution: Collect and distribute flyers to potential students in designated areas.
  • Event Setup: Organize and manage gazebos for marketing activities.
  • Engagement: Interact with potential students at activation sites and address any inquiries.
  • Lead Management: Keep track of interested students through enquiries and report findings to the campus.
  • Guidance: Direct prospective students to the appropriate campus to finalize their registration.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and manage mall activations and exhibitions effectively.

Administrative Tasks

  • Document Management: Scan, photocopy, and upload student registration documents.
  • System Input: Enter module information into the system accurately.
  • Payment Processing: Complete the payment receipt tasks for student registration transactions.

Student Liaison and Orientation Coordinator: Enhance Student Experiences

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Prospective Students: Initiate contact with potential students to schedule detailed campus visits.
  • Facilitate Application and Payment Processes: Assist students in completing application forms and coordinate registration payments efficiently.
  • Address Student Inquiries: Respond to prospective student inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department for specialized assistance.
  • Guide Campus Tours: Escort potential students to relevant departments during their campus visits, ensuring they receive a comprehensive overview.
  • Navigate Orientation: Direct new students to the necessary qualification sites, ensuring a smooth orientation process.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Possess at least an NQF Level 4 qualification, equivalent to a national senior certificate.
  • Preferred Qualifications: An NQF Level 5/6 qualification in a related field and a valid driver’s license can be beneficial.
  • Experience: No previous experience is necessary, though a year of related experience is advantageous.
  • Work Conditions: The role requires flexibility to work beyond regular hours and involves engaging in physical and outdoor activities.
