Responsibilities and Duties
Collaborate with Customer and Marketing Teams
Partner with these teams to develop a calendar of club-specific activations that bring the “social wellness club” concept to life.
Innovate In-Club Brand Interventions
Design engaging club interventions that give members more reasons to visit, engage, and enjoy the space.
Blueprint for Community Events
Create a framework for community events that reinforce our position as a premium social wellness club and create opportunities for exceptional hospitality.
Integrate Club Interactions with Digital Engagement
Align in-club experiences with our app capabilities to enhance member engagement through digital means.
Liaison Between Marketing and Clubs
Act as the primary contact to ensure club teams are informed of all marketing activities. Provide detailed launch plans and maintain high brand standards across all initiatives.
Manage Print and Distribution Relationships
Maintain strong relationships with print and distribution vendors to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of all promotional materials.
Conduct Regular Club Visits
Visit clubs frequently to oversee key launches, execute activations, monitor brand standards, build relationships, and embody our brand within clubs.
Establish Success Metrics for Campaigns
Define key performance indicators for all campaigns and activations, delivering timely reports on their effectiveness.
Essential Qualifications for Our Ideal Candidate
